The deadline for current and incoming KSU students to apply for the 2012 Wick poetry scholarships has been extended to March 1, 2012. The previous deadline was February 1, 2012. High school students who plan to attend KSU must submit three poems and an essay; undergraduates must submit one poem.
 
The high school scholarship awards the first place winner with $3,000 per year, the second place winner with $2,000 per year, and the third place with $1,000 per year. Undergraduate scholarship winners will receive a one-time award of $2,000 for first place, $1,500 for second place, and $1,000 for third place.
