The Clothesline Project is a program to address the issues of violence against men and women.  Participants decorate T-shirts as a testimony to the effects of sexual violence.

The Women's Center will be open year round!!

 

 

Each week (June 10- August 17) we will be offering the following programs at the Women's Center over the lunch hour (Noon-1pm)

 
 

Tuesday - Yoga for Faculty and Staff

$55 for returners, $65 for new. Please contact the Women's Center (330-672-9230) to register.

Spaces are limited.

 

Wednesdsay - Walk and Talk

Join us over the lunch hour once a week to exercise your brain and  your body.

 

Friday - In the Loop

Want to learn to knit or crochet but haven't made the time? Having trouble finding time to work on your knitting or crocheting projects? If you have your own materials, please bring them. If not, we will have some you can borrow.

 

Other Services Available in the Summer

  • Women's Center Pantry: The pantry has staples such as pasta, sauces, canned fruits and vegetables, rice, tuna, cereal, etc. available free of charge to students, faculty and staff in need. 
  • Crisis Intervention Support: Staff are available to provide support, resources and referrals to students, faculty and staff around women's health, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, stalking, academic issues as well as other women related issues.
  • Conference Space Available: Our conference room is available for office/departments retreats and meetings. Accommodates up to 20 people.
