Greetings from the Desk of ... SLH
Hello to you – and thanks for popping in.
We happily anticipate another sweet year – cool classes, new acquaintances, the deepening
of friendships and alliances, the taking of every chance to make a difference, to matter.
Our program hopes to tempt … all who dare … to re-consider "it" all—with
the female half of the human race factored into our schemes-of-things—
not as the second sex. Rather, primary, essential, real.
Knowledge is nothing more than what we’ve come to know.
Why not try some name-changing / game-changing shifts?
Our program is diverse; it nests here and there, all over campus.
Its mission is sustained by an extraordinary network of committed faculty—
women and men who believe in the importance and value of this little gig of ours.
