Pam Roach
Consultant and facilitator, Pamela Roach, has worked with individuals and teams from senior leadership to operations over more than 20 years. She pioneered the use of Lean Six Sigma for marketing and brings a combination of process, creativity and broad business experience to her work. Prior to co-founding Breakthrough Marketing Technology, Pamela was a marketing director at AlliedSignal/Honeywell. Clients include DuPont, Xerox, US Marine Corps, DraftFCB and The New York Times. Pamela holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
