International Day - Salem
Students and staff from the nursing program at Kent State University at Salem are hosting International Day from 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17, in the lobby of Centofanti Hall. The event is free and open to the public.
The event will feature food, music and displays of several cultures that represent the locations nursing students visited in recent years as part of their study abroad courses.
The countries and cultures being highlighted include Japan, Canada, Tanzania, Ghana, Switzerland, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Haiti and the Native American Lakota community from South Dakota.
