Health and wellness are not finite points that we can achieve instantaneously, they are rather a collection of ongoing informed choices that result in a gratifying mental, physical, and social wellbeing.

Random fact: This summer I went to London, Dover, and Nottingham to participate in a global conference and a graduate training course at Imperial College London. I had the wonderful opportunity to volunteer at a local church preparing hot meals for the local community. #Togetherness #Blessed
