The Run the World Project

THE RUN THE WORLD PROJECT

The Run the World project is a collaborative effort between the colleges and regional campuses within Kent State University and the Office of Global Education to raise money for study abroad student scholarships.

 

Over the past four years the Run the World events have been able to provide $42,000 in scholarships for students to study abroad.

The third annual Run the World 5K will take place Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 8:30 am. The start and finish line will be at Risman Plaza (in between the Student Center and University Library) at Kent State.

Kent State students: Run the World registration has student prices --$25, even on race day! The discount will be applied during the registration process.

Kent State Students:

Registration for this race will also include your chance to win one of multiple $1,000 scholarships toward a study abroad experience. The study abroad program must be a Kent State or exchange program. See the Office of Global Education to determine if your interested program qualifies. Students must register for each race to be qualified.
