Translation
Definition: The transfer of meaning through a written modality from one language (source language) to another (target language). This can be done by human translators or machines, and is usually a combination of both (for example, humans using translation memories, machine translation content, and other computer-assisted translation tools).
Translators can work in-house for a language service provider or as freelancers. Specialized translators work in such fields as law, medicine, science, technology, and business.
