Kent State Textiles Grad Students Show Work in NYC for New York Textile Month

Seven graduate students in the Textile program have their art on display in New York City for the second year of New York Textile Month (NYTM).  Their work will be on view at the Invisible Dog Art Center in Brooklyn from Sept. 21 - Oct. 1, 2017. Students included in the exhibition called TALENT! are: Lindsey Taylor, Allison Smith, Oxana Dallas, Becca DelPizzo, Sarah McMahon, Jasmine Kornel, and Charity Thomas. Students from Pratt Institute and Parsons School of Design also have work in the show.  Graduate students also showed their work last year on Governor’s Island as a part of the inaugural year of NYTM.
