Ohio Art Education Association Honors Kent State Representatives

The Ohio Art Education Association honored two faculty members and one student from Kent State during their annual professional development conference, held in Dayton on Nov. 7.

Associate Lecturer Juliann Dorff received the Higher Education Division Award, while Assistant Professor Linda Hoeptner Poling was named an Outstanding Art Teacher for the northeast region. Meanwhile, senior art education major Cody Knepper was awarded the $2,000 top scholarship by the Ohio Art Education Association Foundation; he was also the Student Chapter Division Award recipient.
