Spring '15 Student Awards Ceremony Recognizes Scholarship Winners

On Thursday, April 30, the School of Art recognized spring 2015 scholarship recipients at the Annual Student Awards Ceremony, held this year in the School of Art Gallery. Also acknowledged were prize winners in the Spring Foundations Show (on display in the gallery) and seniors and grad students graduating in spring or summer 2015.

  • Established by Katherine and Dan Lee in memory of her sister, Marjorie Collins, B.F.A. alumna

The William and Hazel Schock Scholarship

  • Established by faculty of the School of Art in memory of their colleagues, painters Bill and Hazel Schock

The Graham Family Scholarship in Art

  • Established by Gerald B. and Barbara R. Graham for students from Carroll County majoring in a visual arts discipline
  • Renewed to: Mycala Nichols (jewelry/metals)

The Sixth Street Competition

  • Established by emeritus faculty members Ted and Jo Harvey in support of students enrolled in School of Art courses
