Heart Walk: Mental Health Monday
- Relax your mind and body while supporting the American Heart Association! For a donation, any amount, join us in the Blue & Gold Room for Yoga with Theresa Hootman from 11:30AM - 12:15PM and 12:30 - 1:45PM for gentle/restorative yoga.
- Take a calming moment and visit the Tranquility Room (Lake Room). Enjoy some time to rest, clear your mind, and take a break!
- Have some fun! Judging for the scarecrow contest begins! Stop by the West Atrium Hallway in Main Hall and have a laugh while choosing your favorite scarecrow.
