Start Thinking Summer
Registration for summer classes is currently underway. Students can get a jump start on next semester, accelerate their graduation plans or make up work during the summer sessions.
Unlike Fall and Spring, there is no registration entry schedule, with registration opening to all students, regardless of class standing. Students may search the schedule of available classes through FlashLine, or by visiting the online viewable schedule. However, students should schedule a visit with their academic advisor.
If you plan to use financial aid in the summer, you will need to complete three steps to get the summer aid process started:
- Complete a 2015-2016 FAFSA and send your information to Kent State University (003064)
- Register for Summer 2015 classes. Remember that if you want/need to use student loans, you must register for at least six credit hours during the Summer semesters!
- Complete a 2015 Summer Aid Request Form
