AudienceView Security Breach
Kent State University has been notified by AudienceView, its third-party ticket sale vendor, that AudienceView has had a security breach. This breach may have affected customers who purchased tickets between Feb. 17 and Feb. 21 to university events for athletics, the College of the Arts, Kent State University Museum and Kent State Tuscarawas’ Performing Arts Center. According to AudienceView, the breach may have involved credit card information.
AudienceView has suspended its service to the university as it investigates this matter, and while the service is suspended, the university is unable to sell tickets or access information about purchased tickets.

Athletics Events - Kent Campus
Fans can purchase tickets by calling the Kent State Athletics Ticket Office at 330-672-4455 during the normal business hours of 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Theater and Music Events - Kent Campus
Tickets for the Wind Ensemble/Symphony Band Concert on Tuesday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. in Cartwright Auditorium may be purchased on-site or by calling 330-672-2787.
Kent State University Museum Entry - Kent Campus
Those wishing to visit the Kent State University Museum, which is located inside Rockwell Hall, can purchase tickets on-site. The museum is open Tuesday-Saturday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday from noon-4 p.m. It is closed on Mondays. Call 330-672-3450 for more information.
Performing Arts Center Events - Tuscarawas Campus
Tickets can be purchased in person at the Performing Arts Center's Box Office as well as by phone at 330-308-6400.
What should I do if I have purchased tickets from one of the AudienceView sites?
If you purchased tickets for university events in February through AudienceView, you may have received a communication from AudienceView about the security breach with information and instructions. Also, we strongly encourage anyone who purchased tickets in February to check their credit card statements carefully and immediately. If you notice any suspicious transactions, please contact your banking institution. Additional questions should be directed to AudienceView at privacy.audienceview@audienceview.com.
