Erin provides leadership for the operations and staff within the Career Services Office at the College of Business Administration. She enjoys working directly with students, faculty and employers for the implementation and success of the internship program, recruiting fairs, networking events, and engagement opportunities led by the College. She enjoys linking career conversations to all facets of university life including leadership, diversity and inclusion and service learning.
Erin is a certified StrengthsQuest and MBTI facilitator and completed her Women in Leadership Certificate from the Weatherhead School of Management Executive Education program. She is a past president of the Ohio College Personnel Association, serving on the board for a total of six years, including chairing the annual conference and created the Professional Development Institutes to provide a low cost development program for OCPA membership. At Kent State, she volunteers her time as an academic hearing officer and serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Management & Information Systems teaching Advanced Professional Development.
