Featured Student Abroad: Kaitlynn Dunn
The 2016 International Experience in Marketing program fulfills a major elective for business students. This program has historically been offered in the summer but will not be offered summer 2017.
Kaitlynn, a Marketing and Business Management double major, had the following to say about her experience abroad:
“The International Experience in Marketing trip is so hard to put into words as I was just awed by the journey and all of the different places we visited. One of my favorite places was Guinness Storehouse. We saw how the advertising and promotion of Guinness has changed since their first ad in 1794 while still keeping the classic Irish beer image. It was very relevant to what we studied in our marketing class. This trip has inspired me to travel more and further embrace different cultures.”
Kaitlynn is also a student worker in the International Programs Office.
