The College Of Business Administration Introduces Three New Study Abroad Programs

Sustainability in Business: A Global Perspective

This course is a combination of classroom learning and projects in Kent, with a 10-day study abroad tour to India during spring break. Students will visit the cities of Delhi and Noida, with a stop by the beautiful Taj Mahal in Agra. They will tour offices of international corporations as well as micro firms to learn about the business opportunities related to sustainability.


Amsterdam to the Alps: A Study in National Culture Dimensions and Sustainability

This two-week, three-credit-hour course explores culture and sustainability in Western Europe, particularly Germany's Rhine Valley. A short online program will be followed by tours of:

  • The University of Leiden
  • European Comissions
  • La Grand-Place, Hotel de Ville, Royal Palace
  • ChemCologne Region
  • Frankfurt Stock Exchange
  • Mercedes-Benz or Porshe Headquarters
  • King Ludwig's Neuschwanstein Castle
  • And much more!

Management in Emerging Markets: Trends and Strategies

This two-week, three-credit-hour course explores management in emerging markets across a full range of functions, such as marketing, finance, investment, business strategies and human resource management. Students will be visiting the Russian cities of Moscow and Saint Petersburg, including a trip to the Saint Basil Cathedral.
