Kent State’s Online MBA Program Ranked No. 1 in Ohio by MBA Central

KENT, Ohio – Kent State University’s Online MBA program is ranked No. 1 out of 15 online MBA programs in Ohio in 2019 by MBA Central, an organization that was formed in 2015 as a business school ranking and resource site for prospective MBA students.

Additionally, the Online MBA ranked eighth in MBA Central’s list of the fastest Online MBA programs (those that can be completed in 12 months or less) in the nation.

Online MBA programs were ranked based on quality of classes, support services and affordability.

For the Ohio ranking, 15 schools that had programs with tuition under $50,000 were considered. Kent State’s program ranked No. 1 due to its accreditation, accelerated 12-month pace, option to travel abroad during the program and reasonable tuition.

“The Online MBA provides high-quality instruction in an accelerated format, which meets the needs of today’s adult learners,” said Deborah F. Spake, Ph.D., dean of the College of Business Administration. “MBA Central reaffirms what other rankings have noted this year in recognizing the innovative format and high-quality instruction delivered by the Kent State College of Business Administration.”
