Mario J. Gabelli, Chairman and CEO of GAMCO Investors, Inc. is the October 12 Kent State ASPIRE Entrepreneurial Workshop Speaker
KENT, Ohio – Mario J. Gabelli, Chairman and CEO of GAMCO Investors, Inc. (NYSE: GBL). and LICT Corp., as well as Executive Chairman of Associated Capital Group, Inc., is the featured speaker for the Kent State Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship’s Fall 2022 ASPIRE Entrepreneurial Workshop Series.
During the event, Gabelli and radio personality Thomas Kelly will engage in a moderated discussion with an introduction by Ambassador Edward F. Crawford. The event will take place at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12 in the Kent State KIVA. The event is free and open to the public, however RSVP is required.
Gabelli is a member of the Board of Overseers of Columbia University Graduate School of Business and the Board of Trustees of Roger Williams University and is a Trustee Associate of Boston College. Additionally, Gabelli is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Policy Association, American-Italian Cancer Foundation and the Foundation for Italian Art & Culture. He is also a Trustee of the Winston Churchill Foundation of the United States and the E. L. Wiegand Foundation.
Gabelli was a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Fordham University, MBA recipient from Columbia University School of Business and earned Honorary Doctorate Degrees from Roger Williams University and Fordham University.
