He was able to convey his passion for the business he has dedicated 30 years to and the importance of finding your passion in your life and career.  Mr Cajka is a great role model for all Kent State students because he is a very ethical business leader who earned success by using his education, motivation, and adaptability to change to rise to the top of his company.
