"I thought Mr Cajka's presentation was one of the best I have heard in my 13 years as AA/BAP advisor... He was able to convey his passion for the business he has dedicated 30 years to and the importance of finding your passion in your life and career. Mr Cajka is a great role model for all Kent State students because he is a very ethical business leader who earned success by using his education, motivation, and adaptability to change to rise to the top of his company. We are very grateful to Mr Cajka for making his life an example for others." - Professor Don McFall
