CAE Homecoming Weekend 2021

We have a whole weekend of excitement planned for you to engage, interact and experience the College of Aeronautics and Engineering.

Homecomings exist to celebrate the unique shared culture of the university and mark the passage of time - and the College of Aeronautics and Engineering has transformed. From programs existing in separated colleges, to the intentional decision to combine aeronautics, engineering, and engineering technology all under one roof,  we are excited to celebrate our continued successes with you! 

CAE Alumni and Friends Reception and Award Ceremony Registration

Unfortunately, we have decided to postpone our CAE VIP Alumni Tent at the Homecoming football game and the Topgolf outing due to the feedback we have been receiving from our community. While our hearts are heavy with not being able to celebrate with our alumni and friends all weekend long, we are excited to see you on October 1st at our Aeronautics and Engineering Building Expansion Groundbreaking Ceremony, followed by our Alumni and Friends Award Ceremony and Reception.  Both these events are outdoors, and we have taken measures to ensure our guests are comfortable in any weather condition we may experience at that time. 

Our team is looking forward to recreating our original Homecoming celebration in 2022.

See details below regarding the Friday evening reception tickets and dessert at the Design Innovation Hub.

All ticket proceeds will benefit our new building expansion project.

    Kent State and the City of Kent communities are constantly growing, changing and truly innovating. 

    Please join KSU family and friends at the Design Innovation Hub located on the Lefton Esplanade as you make your way down for a sweet treat - and an even sweeter experience of how our students are learning through experience and using challenge-based innovations in their cross-disciplinary discoveries.

    Join the College of Aeronautics and Engineering (CAE) at Dix Stadium. 

    CAE is proud to host our alumni and friends in a VIP tent located on the southwest platform of Dix Stadium. 

    This ticket includes entrance into the stadium, seat for the game, in-game CAE VIP tent access located on the Southwest platform of Dix Stadium, food, drinks, swag.

    This event can be bundled with the CAE Homecoming Weekend Experience package, or purchased independently.

    Postponed to 2022

    Top off a weekend of fun with a Topgolf outing! Join CAE for one last weekend event before saying goodbye! Next time you visit, it is likely things will look a little bit different so why not celebrate and go out with a "swing"? We guarantee a final celebration that is "on par" with our weekend of fun celebrating our growing family, alumni and friends. 

    This ticket includes three hours of Topgolf fun, food, soft drinks (cash bar optional), door prizes. 

    Some things are just better together.
