Biography: As Safety Chairman, Patrick Holyfield works alongside 28 other Safety Pilots and manages the pilot side of FOQA, ASAP, Fatigue, Go Team and LOSA programs at Republic Airways. The team has put into place historic Fatigue protections for the company’s 2,400 pilots and authored industry leading procedures in FOQA that have drastically increased the safety margins for Republic Airways aircraft, passengers and crew.
