
Krittika Grau
Biography
Krittika C. Grau, Senior Career Advisor, supports international students as they go through the process of finding global employment. In addition, as a former news anchor and television reporter, she is the point person for students and alumni seeking employment within the Communications and Media career community. Krittika is the coordinator of the Career Peer program, comprising a team of student paraprofessionals.
During her tenure at CED, since June 2015, she has created an annual International Boot Camp which provides unique outreach and career support for Kent State’s international students. Krittika has also grown the Career Peer program to 10 peers from 4 and will continue to expand the growth of this mentorship program. Under her leadership, drop-in career advising sessions moved from a single location to multiple satellite sessions to currently, being offered virtually.
