Martin Hilovsky is an environmental scientist with 35 years of experience in environmental control and monitoring, and holds a B.S. in Biology (’77) and an M.S. in Aquatic Ecology (’81) from Kent State University.  As CEO of EnviroScience, Marty oversees business operations and market development and a founding member of the company.  In addition to operational responsibilities, Marty manages a wide variety of individual projects and provide senior review of many of the company’s deliverables. He has been invited to speak and has presented papers at numerous scientific conferences, state and national association meetings, and various symposia dealing with water quality and lake management issues. Although his primary focus is lake management and water pollution control, Marty has received extensive training in other environmental areas such as emergency response, site remediation, CERCLA, RCRA, wetland design/construction, and NPDES permitting owing to past positions with Science Applications International (SAIC/Leidos) and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA).
