Executive English Language Program Summer 2019

Please note: This program is for faculty and administrators of Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná.

A 3-week, residential program, held on the campus of Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. Through dynamic and engaging classes, participants will improve their English language skills and gain confidence when communicating in English.

 

Program Dates: June 30 - July 20, 2019

 

Program Features:

  • Welcome reception and tour of the Kent State campus
  • Placement testing
  • 4 hours/day of ESL instruction, Monday -  Friday, for a total of 60 hours of instruction
  • A focus on listening and speaking skills: making presentations, natural phrasing for professional interactions, pronunciation, vocabulary development, and an individualized plan for further language skill development
  • On campus housing featuring single rooms with private bathroom, mini fridge and microwave.

Program Cost

$1,955 total per person (does not include airfare, health insurance or ground transportation)

The price above includes:

ESL Instruction: $1,200

Housing: $755

  • $200 deposit due by June 3, 2019 ($50 nonrefundable)

  • $1,755 balance due by June 28, 2019
Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations and requests must be made, in writing, by June 28, 2019.

 

After this date, no cancellations, refunds, or substitutions will be processed.
