Not having enough time is more than just an individual issue. Understanding how “Time” is socially and politically constructed in a more global, sociological sense can help us make more informed decisions on how we, as individuals, spend our time.
Lydia Rose, PhD is an Associate Professor of Sociology studying social inequality. She teaches a course on Wealth, Poverty, and Power as well as Family Patterns: A World Perspective. Her most recent publication is on “Time Poverty.”
