Kent State University’s Columbiana County campuses will host Information Nights over the next few weeks for parents and students to learn more about the programs offered locally. Those who attend Information Night and complete the required paperwork will have the $40 application fee waived.
Kent State Salem’s Information Night is Thursday, Nov. 19, at the main building located at 2491 St. Route 45 South. The majors fair begins at 5:30 p.m. and the information session begins at 6 p.m. To reserve your place, call 330-332-0361.
Kent State East Liverpool’s Information Night is Thursday, Dec. 3, in the Mary Patterson Building, from 5-7 p.m. To reserve your space, call 330-385-3805.
Faculty and staff members will be available to meet face-to-face with prospective students and share information about specific degree programs. Campus tours will also be given.
During the information session, Kent State representatives will explain the admissions process, share financial aid information and provide details about scholarship opportunities. Those who attend Information Night and complete the required paperwork can have their individual application fee waived.
