Relax and Rejuvenate: Yoga with Yesim
Happy last month of the Spring 2018 semester! To help soothe the energies and stresses of the semester, Yesim Kaptan will be holding a 1-hour relaxation and meditation session next Thursday, April 12 from 12-1 p.m. in Taylor Hall, Room 226. We are inviting all COMM faculty and staff to take part in this relaxation session. Dr. Kaptan will be guiding everyone with different breathing exercises, meditation and very basic yoga poses to refresh our minds and energies.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable/flexible clothes
- Pillow to sit on
- Personal yoga mat
We will have about 10 yoga mats available for use, but if you have your own you'd like to bring in and use that would be great.
