The Campus Kitchen Project (CKP) is a national organization that provides healthy meals to those in need by harnessing the spirit of student volunteerism within local communities. The national Campus Kitchens organization has engaged students for 14 years and supports kitchens at 38 colleges and high school campuses. Kent State University is the only Campus Kitchen in Ohio. The Campus Kitchen at Kent State University serves more than 15,000 meals each year.

During this day KSU students “honor the dream" by serving the local community. Join hundreds of KSU students, faculty and staff on January 19th, 2015 to celebrate this national holiday.
Make A Difference Day is the most encompassing national day of helping others. Held annually on the fourth Saturday of October, millions of Americans are rallied into a single day of action to help change the world. Everyone can participate. Find a need in your community and use the power of Make A Difference Day to mobilize your family, your neighbors, even your entire town into a day of action. Make a Difference Day will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2014.

The KSU Flash-A-Thon is a non-profit student organization at Kent State University whose work benefits the Hematology/Oncology unit at Akron Children's Hospital.
This group works year-round to help patients financially and emotionally in the Hematology and Oncology department.
