Executive Board Information

The Commuter & Off-Campus Student Organization is charged with the task of improving the life of the commuter at Kent State University. The purpose of the executive board is to represent the concerns of commuter students to the various controlling bodies of the university. It is also the task of the executive board to create events and programs that improve the quality of life for commuter and off-campus students. If you have any suggestions about events, programs or just want to share your concerns, please contact us at coso@kent.edu

Nick Crawford

Executive Director

Hey! I'm Nick Crawford, a senior Computer Science Major. This is my second year being involved with COSO. I really want all commuter students to feel welcomed and involved on campus! Please reach out if you ever need help or have concerns. :)

Quinn Thompson

Assistant Director

Hey there! My name is Quinn Thompson. I am a nutrition and dietetics major and assistant to the executive director. I am excited to be a part of the COSO team and hope to work with my fellow commuters to help them become more involved and comfortable here on campus.

Public Relations & Finance Director

Welcome fellow commuters! My name is Chad Curry. I study Criminology and Justice Studies as an undergraduate junior. I am the director of public relations and finance at COSO, so I look forward to hearing from you on any issues or ideas you may have. Don't be afraid to get involved!

Alas it is I, Kyle Angermeier! I am currently a senior majoring in Mechatronics with a minor in sustainability. This is my first year in COSO and have the ever important title of Director of Off-Campus Life, so I'll be available to consult with for any problems you may run into concerning your commutes!
