Join us for the Computer Science for All Workshop:  Computational Thinking!

The Kent State University Department of Computer Science would like to discuss collaboration with your institution to enhance Computational Thinking in the grades 8-12 curricula. The objective is to provide all students the opportunity to participate in computer science and computational thinking education in their schools. Within this framework, it is anticipated that the program will seek resources to facilitate professional development in computational thinking for partner institutions.

Time:  10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Location:  Mathematical Sciences Building, Kent State University, 1300 Lefton Esplanade, Kent, OH 44242
Parking:  Use the free parking lot in front of the Math and Science Building.

Event Highlights:

10:30 a.m.:  Registration [first floor lobby]
11 a.m. – 2 p.m.:  Workshop [Session #1 in MSB-228. Check monitors for updates]

The workshop includes demos, simulations, lunch, breakout sessions and lab tours.
