Panel Description:
For the first time in history, U.S. businesses have three distinctly different generations working together - Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millennials. Is your business prepared to manage the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities of such a demographically diverse workforce?
Explore the unique characteristics of each generation and discuss tactics for maximizing the potential for each:
- Dispelling myths and stereotypes
- Identifying shared values and expectations
- Using technology to bridge generations
- Building HR strategies to promote inclusiveness and diversity
