Sigma Gamma Epsilon

The Kent State University Sigma Gamma Epsilon (SGE) Gamma Zeta Chapter is an honorary organization for earth science students. The group has a number of goals including building a strong community among Kent State geology students, as well as scholarship support for student research and travel. KSU SGE has an important role as the sole supplier of official Grain Size Folders which are sold to distributors and purchased by geologists around the world. Creating these folders is the primary way SGE raises funds to award participating students scholarships.
