All events are designed to provide the university community with the opportunity to learn and connect.

Ed Dauterich & Belinda Boon

CTL faculty fellows, Dr. Ed Dauterich (English) and Dr. Belinda Boon (School of Information), have worked together to address issues affecting adjunct faculty at Kent State University. Dr. Dauterich previously identified significant issues influencing the campus climate for adjunct faculty and will present data-informed recommendations to address issues of adjunct faculty inclusion, professional development and recognition. Dr. Boon will present a template document that serves as a starting point for the successful on-boarding of adjunct faculty. Please join us to learn about their project and to provide your feedback on these efforts to
improve the climate for adjunct faculty at Kent State. Lunch will be provided.
