Small Teaching in Large Classrooms

251 CVA (Center for Visual Arts)

The working lunch will take place in 251 CVA (Center for Visual Arts), 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A soup and salad will be provided.

The term “small teaching” is one used by Dr. James Lang (author of the book by the same name) to describe small, but powerful modifications to our teaching practices that spark positive change. In this interactive workshop, we will learn from colleagues that have successfully implemented small, but powerful changes that work in large classes.
