Making Your Virtual and Physical Classroom Accessible

Kent State University strives to be a welcoming and accessible place for all students regardless of disabilities. Classroom accessibility can be challenging particularly in the face of emerging technologies which have expanded pedagogical opportunities but haven’t always accounted for accessibility needs. This presentation will provide an overview of Student Accessibility Services and the students it serves, as well as a basic introduction to what faculty need to consider in regards to classroom accessibility.
