DEI's annual report provides an executive summary and detailed report of the division's work during the academic year.
Diversity Scorecard Report
The Diversity Scorecard represents a strategic method for achieving inclusive excellence. KSU diversity scorecard focuses on educational access, first and second year retention and degree completion for African American, Latino American, and Native American students as well as access and retention for African American, Latino American, and Native American faculty and staff. Indicators regarding faculty tenure and promotion will be added and tracked by the scorecard in future renditions.
All Kent State faculty, staff and students were encouraged to participate in this confidential study that was conducted by an external consultant, Rankin & Associates Consulting, which has conducted more than 130 similar studies at other institutions across the nation. The findings from this survey will help Kent State to create and maintain a healthy, inclusive environment for all.
University Diversity Action Council Progress Report
The University Diversity Action Council works to create and sustain the university's diversity mission, vision and values. Read more about UDAC via the "Get Involved" tab located in DEI's main navigation shown above.
Kent State University - Institutional Research (IR)
Institutional Research at Kent State University is the central office for information and planning resources. IR analyzes data and utilizes strategic planning and process improvement methods to enhance the performance and effectiveness of all levels of the University.
