 Latino Networking Caucus

LNC is a Kent State University work group comprised of students, faculty, and staff who have an affiliation or interest in the Latino culture that serves as a common resource and collaborative advocate for the campus administration. It serves as a clearinghouse for issues, events, and activities at KSU; and promotes and supports Latino interest, culture, and needs.

Provost Faculty Associates for Diversity

The purpose of the Provost’s Faculty Associates for DEI is to support recruitment and retention efforts focused on inclusion and the populations of underrepresented faculty, staff and students. These efforts will support increased numbers of highly qualified faculty, staff and students to join the academy of teachers and scholars at Kent State University (KSU).

Spectrum

Spectrum hosts social events, leads LGBTQ+ advocacy initiatives, and maintains a listserv for information pertinent to LGBTQ+ and Ally faculty and staff. Any open-minded individual is welcome to join us, and we want you to know that you are accepted and embraced for who you are here at Kent State.

University Diversity Action Council

The University Diversity Action Council (UDAC) provides a platform for university faculty and staff to serve as a leadership council for university-wide diversity related matters. This council ensures that the diversity initiatives of colleges and divisions translate the university-wide strategic diversity action plan.
