- Nominees must be in good academic standing or otherwise with the university.
- Nominations are open to all Kent State University full and part-time undergraduate and graduate students, and student organizations. University faculty and staff with student status (currently enrolled in courses) are ineligible.
Rozell Duncan Student Diversity Award
The Rozell Duncan Student Diversity Award recognizes students or student organizations who have demonstrated, through positive interactions with others, a respect and value for differing backgrounds and points of view within Kent State University or surrounding community. This award is presented annually to a student or student organization who actively promotes the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion and works to enhance the overall environment of the greater Kent State University community.
