Mobile and Digital Strategy within the Enterprise
With the emergence of mobile technology, as well as the proliferation of social networks and other emerging channels for engaging customers, the business and technology landscape is changing. This course will explore the key technologies and trends that are impacting organizations and help students prepare to define, develop and market solutions that can help businesses succeed in this new environment. In addition to introducing students to strategic concepts, this course will examine the artifacts of actual consulting engagements (presentations, business models, workplans, etc.) where these strategies were applied and sold to stakeholders across the enterprise. Students will have the opportunity to apply the course concepts during a final consulting project in which they will demonstrate their understanding of the material and the application of the consulting tools they have learned throughout the semester to a case-based project.
