Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program Participants will be sharing their media literacy projects for training with students in their classrooms, with other English teachers in their country and in their communities. Media Literacy is affecting their newer democracies, and these Fulbright international teachers will help lead the next generation on being more critical consumers of media. Join us and sharpen your own skills to combat bias, stereotype, disinformation, fake news, and to apply critical thinking skills to check sources of information. Teachers are from Czech Republic, Bosnia Herzegovina Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia, Northern Macedonia, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan.

This event has two sections, one in the morning at 9:00 - 11:00 am, and one in the afternoon 1:00-3:00 pm.
