Proposal establishes an undergraduate (special) non-degree program, Career and Community Studies (CCS), a college-based transition program designed to prepare students with intellectual and developmental disabilities for adult life through academic pursuits, career discovery and preparation, and peer socialization. 120 credit hours. The purpose of this proposal is to establish a new undergraduate-graduate course in sport psychology to be offered as an elective for student athletes, coaches and others who have an interest in these areas of study and profession.

Purpose of proposal is to 1) create a graduate-level Practicum in Nursing Home Administration I course, and 2) revise the existing undergraduate course to designate both courses as slash courses. Graduate-level course may be used to fulfill requirement for the proposal post-baccalaureate certificate in Nursing Home Administration.

Proposal establishes a post-baccalaureate certificate in Nursing Home Administration (NHA) which prepares individuals to apply managerial principles to the administration of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, adult day care, home health services and other long term care services and supports.
