Nick Morris Receives Research Award from Sustainability Organization

Nick Morris with AASHE Research Award PlaqueCultural Foundations program alumnus Dr. Nick Morris is the recipient of the 2017 Campus Sustainability Research Award from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE).  The award recongizes Nick for outstanding research in his dissertation, Relocating Education for Sustainability: From the Classroom to the Community, which examines the benefits of partnerships between higher education institutions and environmentally-oriented community partners like parks.   Nick received the award at the  AASHE Conference & Expo in San Antonio, TX on October 15.
