Master's Plan of Study
The Master’s Plan of Study allows students to lay out their coursework throughout their time at the University. While in the program, students are required to take 9 core courses (27 credit hours), along with 6 electives, totaling 45 credit hours. During the first semester in the program, students are required to plan out when courses will be taken, as well as chosen electives. Students are encouraged to put electives towards the completion of a certificate program, however, it is not mandatory. The signed Plan of Study must be on file (in 418 White Hall) by the beginning of the second semester for master’s students. This is the course of study which will be consulted to make sure that graduate requirements have been met.
