John J. Altomare is a restaurant consultant and president of 3 Foodies, a company that includes a restaurant in Hudson, OH, which he runs with his two sons. Altomare is a restaurant industry veteran with a long career history of success. He was the senior vice president of concept development for Darden Restaurants, Inc. Within the Red Lobster brand he oversaw innovations in the menu, restaurant operations, design, service, and technology. John Bibbo, Jr. is president of Event Source. He has had successful and diversified experience in the rental products business. His efforts expanded and positioned Event Source into Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio's largest source for rental products. He has built the company's success on commitment to customer service for any size event in any location, superlative product quality and selection and state-of-the-art operations that are all backed by the expertise acquired during the firm's 30-year history.
His vision and realization for the 71,000 sq ft Cleveland facility housing an immense showroom and centralized internal operations were evidenced in the construction of the Event Source building in Valley View, just south of Cleveland.

Michael Bosch graduated in 1994 from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington PA with a BA in Psychology and in 2005 from Robert Morris University with an MBA. I graduated from Kent State University in December, 2005 and then started working for the Wyndham Cleveland at Playhouse Square Hotel as Catering Sales Manager in January. I worked there concentrating on the wedding and social market for two and a half years. I began at the Renaissance in June, 2008 in the same market, expanding to larger events. In both positions I sell the space for the events and also work with the client one on one until the event is over. It is my job to be their "event manager" and coordinate their needs with the rest of the hotel staff from food and set up to décor and specialty items. I have worked with groups as small as 30 all the way up to 1300 guests.

Jane Clarke holds a BS Ed. in Sport Management from Cleveland State University and began a career in the private club business as Athletic Director/Pool Manager at Shoreby Club in Bratenahl, OH. Shoreby Club is managed, not owned, by ClubCorp. Duties included oversight of Fitness Center, Pool Operations and personal trainer & lifeguard hiring/training and scheduling. During her 9 years of tenure at Shoreby, Jane also served as dining room supervisor, kitchen expediter, Member Relations Director – creating, marketing, producing the annual calendar of Member Events as well as facilitating amongst kitchen, service and management staff.
Ms. Clarke then moved into the North Coast Society Manager position with ClubCorp's corporate office (working from an office at Shoreby Club) then to the then newly created position of Area Network Manager, creating contract alliances among local businesses and venues for the enhancement of Member retention and use of their Club memberships, driving revenue amongst all involved and advising Membership Directors on best practices and marketing.
Currently, Jane Clarke has been at Canterbury Golf Club for 1 ½ years: first as Membership & Marketing Director, now as Member Services Director. Areas of responsibility include all aspects of Membership from responding to inquiries by phone & email, prospective Member tours, introductions, discussion, and hosting throughout the joining process. Within Canterbury she is also in charge of Reception/Communications for the Club, creating, marketing and participating in Member Events and Private Events, along with oversight & updates to the Club's web site and weekly email blasts to Members. Darrell Guariniello graduated from Kent in 1992 with a Bachelor's degree. He went on in corporate America after graduating in the food service field. He worked 5 years with Friendly restaurants, from a manager in training to multi-unit management and a training manager for the corporation. He then went on to Aldi foods. He had territory with them from Western New York, NW PA, into NE Ohio. He was in charge of multiple units there as well for over 3 years. Finally, his last position, before quitting and working for himself was with Sunoco Oil. There he managed 11 units and priced gasoline. Oversaw the convenient store operations and trained new managers. He left Sunoco in 2004.
In 2001 he opened Wing Warehouse in the Gala commons condominium complex. In 2004, he purchased the name and another location in Stow. Two years after that, he build his first free standing store on Wyoga Lake road in Cuyahoga Falls. In 2007, they started franchising due to many inquiries. At the end on 2008, they had three franchisees, making the chain six strong. In 2009, he acquired the Scorchers brand of Sports bars expanding their footprint into Cuyahoga county and surrounding areas. Today, they have 17 total stores in their system with 3 other locations under approval.

For over 25 years, Deborah Smythe Hermann has championed fundraising and "friend-raising" for Cleveland organizations. Her breadth of experience and depth of community involvement have taken her from hard-working committee member to Chairwoman and CEO of GhostLight Productions, LLC.
In 2002, after many years as a volunteer committee member for non-profit galas, Deb began her love affair with special events as managing partner of MasterMinds, LLC, a high energy special events company. She was voted "Best Corporate Event Planner, 2010" by the subscribers of Cleveland Business Connects Magazine and is currently the President of ISES Cleveland (International Special Events Society) and serves on the international ESPRIT award committee. Some highlights of her 25 year career include the Grand Openings of The Idea Center at Playhouse Square, The Hanna Theater, Gunther Von Hagen's Body Worlds 2, Baseball as America, the Ride the Rainbow Galas for University Hospitals, The Human Fund, Frivolity (Gay Games IX Bid weekend) the 2009 AT&T United States Figure Skating Championships, The Dedication of the Monte Ahuja School of Business for Cleveland State University and The Grand Opening of the Allen Theater home for Cleveland State and the Cleveland Play House (December, 2011). Hello, I am a 2002 KSU Graduate from the Hospitality Management Program. Prior to attending KSU I graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary with a specialized degree in Culinary Arts. I have been with Experient since late summer of 2005. I started out building registration/housing web-sites in our registration and housing department. From there I moved into the meeting planning world and have been there ever since. I have worked on shows as large as 20,000 attendees and as small as 500. My job has taken me all over the country to work in a variety of cities and regions. My client base is equally as spread out through out the country. This past summer I sat for and received my Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.
In short as a Meeting & Event Manager at Experient we are responsible for the overall success of any conference, tradeshow, sales kick off, user meeting etc. that we plan. We accomplish this by planning out all the logistical aspects of the meeting. This includes working with the hotel on sleeping rooms, meeting space, food and beverage. Working with an AV supplier to coordinate all the AV for the meeting, a decorator on the trade show floor as well as a destination management company for any offsite or special events. In addition we work with transportation companies, security, printers, photographers temp staff and translating companies just to name a few. We partner with the sponsoring organizations meeting planner to help them organize their program content and pull their event together. In short we are the "go to" individual for an organizations meeting planner, hotel, supplier as well as for any attendee need.

Cleveland Menu Printing is a full service graphic design and printing firm, established in 1930, providing menus for Restaurants, Hotels, Casinos and Clubs throughout the United States. We ship menus throughout the US as well as to the Caribbean and Mexico. This is a family run business that my father started in 1930 that currently my brother Tom and I are running. I have been actively involved with the business since 1978 and work in sales and the financial operation of the firm.

A 2008 graduate of the KSU Hospitality Program, Mr. Reif began his hospitality career in may of 2006 at a restaurant in Columbus called The Hoover Grille. While employed there, he learned all aspects of food preparation/service and worked his way from line cook to kitchen manager. In September of 2007, having moved to Cleveland full time, he took a position at the Rusty Bucket Corner Tavern as a P.M. Kitchen Supervisor to supplement his current income and pay for his final years at Kent. Upon graduation, he landed the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Wyndham Cleveland at PlayhouseSquare. He maintained that position for two years and he along with his Food and Beverage Director successfully increased both restaurant and happy hour bar sales by 35% in six months. In the two years he was employed there he received numerous accolades and awards both from Wyndham Worldwide and PlayhouseSquare. In May of 2010 he made the move to the Crowne Plaza Cleveland South Independence as the Dining Room Manager. His focus was to increase outside restaurant business and develop a food and beverage training manual for the property. Within four months of employment, working extensively with the staff, and launching a full blown marketing campaign, restaurant revenues were three times greater per month then when he arrived. Due to budget constraints and a management change, he found himself without a job in May of 2011. After many applications and tireless hours of job searching, he ended up at the Embassy Suites in Beachwood, Ohio as the Banquet Manager, a position that he maintains today.

I got my foot in the door through housekeeping. The summer after my first year in college I started cleaning rooms at the Fairfield Inn and TownePlace Suite by Marriott in Streetsboro. When the fall semester started I moved to the front desk at these hotels. I worked at these for a couple years. I met Roger Greene of the Hilton Garden Inn Twinsburg through one of the Hospitality class and shortly after that I started working as a Guest Service Agent at the HGI Twinsburg. I worked there for about a year and about a month before I graduated the front office manager left the company. After interviewing for the position I was promoted. I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Kent State in December of 2008. I've held the title of Front Office Manager for almost two years now.

Robert is currently the General Manager of the award winning Sheraton Suites Akron/Cuyahoga Falls. He began his career in the hospitality business as a server in a fine dining room of a hotel in Austin Texas while attending the University of Texas as a Business/Pre-law student. Robert then attended the University of Las Vegas in order to pursue a career in hospitality. London Williams was born in Mayfield Heights, Ohio in 1981. After attending Shaker Heights schools, in 2002 she applied for what she thought would be just a job at The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland, but ended up making it a career. While working full time in various positions within the hotel, London applied and graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Journalism and Promotional Communication, and a minor in Business Administration. Today, London is the Business Travel Sales Manager and enjoys negotiating global accounts and local accounts for the hotel.

As Director of Membership, Monica is responsible for working with the Club's Membership Committee in developing and implementing programs that will enhance the overall health of the Club with emphasis on membership attraction and retention. She has been Director of Membership at the Cleveland Skating Club for the past12 years, and previously served as executive director of a city club.
