Physical Education Basic Instruction Classes - Fall 2015

Bokwa (PEB 10095) is a new and completely different approach to group exercise. Moving together to today's popular music, participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing a cardio routine. This course is open to everyone, and there are no counting steps and no choreography.
Offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:20 p.m. in 153 Gym Annex

The Physical Education Basic Instruction Program (PEB) offers a wide variety of activities and sports. These classes are open to all KSU students.Tuition and Fees are the same for 12 hours and over. This means a graded activity class like one of the PEB courses can be taken without increasing your tuition cost up to 18 credit hours.
