Master of Education Degree

The Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Career-Technical Teacher Education serves individuals who desire to continue as classroom and/or laboratory instructors in one of the career-technical service areas. The program offers a special needs specialization, which focuses on coursework and professional experiences related to the study of special needs populations in career-technical education.

The M.Ed. program consists of 32 graduate hours. The degree includes hours in general education, career technical education, and a teaching specialty area. The primary purpose of the master's degree is to improve professional practice of career technical teachers.
