As a psychology undergraduate at Kent State University, I was deeply vested in my academics. I didn’t pay much mind to on-campus involvement, joining student organizations, or taking the chance to study abroad. As a graduate assistant academic advisor, my mission is to help students get the holistic, transformational, and fulfilling educational experience they’re seeking at Kent State. Whether it be a desire to study abroad, a need for special accommodations, help with tough courses, information on mental-health services, or help finding community amidst the struggle to belong, I’m here to help connect students with the resources they need.
Just as I am eager to further grow and discover during my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kent State, I am ecstatic to have a part in helping my students to obtain a fantastic education, create deep connections, and make lasting memories here at Kent State University.
