2017 Kent Creativity Festival Takes Place Sept. 30
The Kent Creativity Festival will take place on Sept. 30 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on the Lefton Esplanade between Rockwell Hall and downtown Kent.
The festival, which is free and open to the public, is being planned by a group of local stakeholders, including Kent State University, the city of Kent, Main Street Kent, local nonprofit organizations and Kent businesses.
The Kent Creativity Festival provides an opportunity for people of all ages and skill levels to come together to create, share and explore the creation of all forms of art. Artists prepare and lead interactive creative activities that will engage and inspire visitors to explore their own creativity and participate in the joy and transformative power of making art and sharing it with others.
