DiversiFest Celebrates Kent State’s Diversity and Culture

As part of Kent State University’s annual Homecoming celebration on Oct. 1, the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will host the first DiversiFest event. DiversiFest, a festival that celebrates Kent State’s diversity and culture, will take place immediately after the Homecoming parade from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Williamson House on the Kent Campus.

The free, family-friendly event is open to the public. There will be complimentary lunch, games and the opportunity to win prizes. Attendees are welcome to bring their own chair or blanket to watch the parade from the lawn of the Williamson House, which offers a prime location to view the parade.
